Also known as real estate, this special asset is so important that our society has a very formal way of keeping track of ownership of real property. Every county in the state, and most counties around the country, have Official Recorder’s offices, the main purpose for which is to keep track of documents affecting title to, encumbrances on, and ownership of real property.
Our real property searches include the Official Recorder’s office of the county specified in our client’s work order. We can search multiple counties, or a statewide search, all in a tiered price structure. Our standard search covered one (1) county, and can confirm ownership of all the real property interests held by an individual in that county.
When necessary, we can arrange with our client to obtain deeds, trust deeds and other recorded documents affecting real property. This service, which usually requires a supplemental fee, involves an on-site investigation of the actual records of the Official Recorder of the specified county.
Copies of all court and public records can be obtained, certified or non-certified as you request, and sent to you by us mail or DHL/FedEx for an addition fee. Please contact us for a quote.
